A local user identity configured on an Azure Storage account for SFTP/blob access, with its own credentials (password / SSH keys / shared key) and permission scopes.

Grants data-plane access to blob/file data of a single storage account; a credentialed identity scoped to one organizational function.

Microsoft.Storage/storageAccounts/localUsers/regenerateSharedKey/action

Regenerates and returns a new shared key for the local user, producing usable credential material that grants the attacker data-plane access while invalidating the legitimate user's existing key.
