A log view is a filtered view of log entries in a bucket. This provides more granular access control over logs.

logging.​views.​delete

Does not delete the log entries.. Because the primary use case of a view is to provide limited access to logs, deleting a view can result in users losing access to logs.

Risks

1. Infrastructure destruction (HIGH)
2. Denial-of-access (EVASION)

This privilege may grant access to confidential data, or its exploit can incur operational cost.
